Exchanges & Store Credit Only
We offer exchange or store credit within 7 days of delivery.
To qualify:
• Items must be unworn and unused
• All original designer tags and packaging attached
• No makeup, perfume, or marks
• No alterations or damage
• Proof of purchase required
Once received and approved:
• Exchange (subject to stock availability), or
• Store credit issued for future use
Store credit is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Strict Luxury Garment Standards
All pieces are quality-checked before dispatch.
Any returned item showing:
• Signs of wear
• Perfume or scent
• Makeup or marks
• Damage or alterations
Will be refused and returned back to the customer.
We reserve the right to decline any return that does not meet our standards.
Non-Returnable Items
The following are strictly non-returnable:
• Sale or discounted items
• Bridal wear
• Custom stitched or altered outfits
• Made-to-measure pieces
• Worn or damaged items
• Items without original tags
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item:
• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
• Provide clear photos and order number
• Item must remain unworn
If confirmed faulty, we will offer:
• Replacement (if available)
• Store credit
• Refund where legally required
Return Shipping
• Customers are responsible for return postage
• Use tracked & insured delivery
• We are not responsible for lost return parcels
Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
